The culture we work in decides the value we get to unlock with AI.
A lot of us are only scratching the surface, me included.
AI can be a faster pen helping us to write emails faster and grab meeting actions in seconds. All useful, but that barely scrapes the surface of what's possible.
AI is not a productivity tool. Yes, there are gains to be had. But what it's actually giving us is an opportunity to revolutionize how we work, how we think, and yes, it's scary to say, but how we live. 🌱
Every door AI opens leads to more paths. But to open those doors takes the right conditions. 🚪
People need safety to try things that might not work. Permission to ask questions that feel a bit silly. Time to play and come up with wild ideas. Space to reimagine from the ground up and not just improve what's already there.
We are all learning an unknown right now. I don't believe there is a right way to AI, feel free to challenge me though!
Finding our way takes time, space, and a culture warm enough to explore.
People potential can only ignite under the right conditions.
AI potential relies on those right conditions too.
And those conditions are created by hot leaders.
So lead hot, not cold, potential everywhere is counting on it. 🔥
